The Miory District Executive Committee (hereinafter referred to as the Miory District Executive Committee), in accordance with the requirements of the Regulation on the procedure for conducting public discussions in the field of architectural, urban planning and construction activities, approved by the Resolution of the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus dated June 1, 2011 No. 687 (as amended by the Resolution of the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus dated June 30, 2022 No. 425), hereby notifies about the public discussion of the architectural and planning concept "Construction of a military commissariat building in Miory, Dzerzhinsky Street" (hereinafter referred to as the project).
The design site for the facility is located on the lands of the city of Miory. The land user of the plot located at 1, 350th Anniversary of Miory St., Miory, from which a land plot is to be withdrawn for the construction of a military commissariat building, is the open joint-stock company "Vitebskoblavtotrans". The relief of the land plot is without elevation changes, the approximate area is 0.38 hectares.
Public discussion of the project is held from July 14 to July 28, 2025, including the exhibition of the project (from July 14 to July 28, 2025). The place and time of the exhibition are: the foyer of the 1st floor of the Miory District Executive Committee (left wing) at the address: 17 Dzerzhinsky St., Miory, from 8:00 to 13:00, from 14:00 to 17:00 daily, except Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays.
A presentation of the project will be held on July 17, 2025, in the small hall of the Miory District Executive Committee at the address: 17 Dzerzhinsky St., Miory, from 11:00 to 12:00, through a visual presentation of the project and familiarization with it for participants of the public discussion by the project customer – the Miory District Executive Committee and the project developer – the communal unitary design and survey enterprise "Institute Vitebskselstroyproekt".

The organizer of the public discussion registers remarks and/or proposals and forwards them for consideration to the Architectural and Urban Planning Council of the Vitebsk Regional Executive Committee, as well as to the standing commission for public discussion, established by the order of the Chairman of the Miory District Executive Committee dated September 5, 2022 No. 271r.
Project objectives: rational use and renewal of urban territory, taking into account the decisions of the urban planning project of general planning – "General Plan of Miory City" (approved by the decision of the Miory District Council of Deputies dated September 18, 2015 No. 69), by densifying existing development.

The Miory District Executive Committee hereby announces the resumption of public discussions on the urban planning project "Detailed plan for the development of the "Rusachki" quarter in the city of Miory".

The Miory District Executive Committee (hereinafter referred to as the District Executive Committee) hereby notifies about the commencement of public discussions on the architectural and planning concept for the object: "9-apartment residential building at Lenina St., 101 in Disna, Miory District".
The design site is located in the southeastern part of the city along Lenina Street. The placement of the residential building is planned as part of the existing multi-apartment development.
The purpose of the project is the construction of a residential building to resettle citizens living in dilapidated and emergency residential buildings recognized as unfit for habitation in the established manner.
The architectural and planning solutions provide for the construction of a three-story residential building with a technical basement and attic, a pitched roof made of corrugated sheets with a polymer coating applied at the factory, and an organized external drainage system made of galvanized sheet with a polymer coating;
Access for people with limited mobility is provided to the building.
The concept proposes the improvement of the territory with the organization of convenient pedestrian and transport links.

Limited Liability Company "MMPZ-Group" in conjunction with the educational institution "Belarusian State Technological University" hereby announces the commencement of the public discussion procedure for the environmental impact assessment (EIA) report of the planned economic activity for the object: "Construction of a plant for the production of sheet metal and tinplate in the town of Miory, Vitebsk region".

The annual output volume will be 150,000 tons (stage 1), 240,000 tons (stage 2).

The Housing and Communal Services Department reports that on October 26, 2017, a draft decision of the district executive committee on issuing a permit for the removal of plant life was submitted for public discussion due to the fact that trees obstruct the operation of road and transport infrastructure facilities in the city of Miory at Izvarina Street, in the area of the bridge between the lakes.
Information about the time of the meeting was published in the district newspaper and by posting announcements. At the appointed time, citizens of the city did not attend the meeting. In accordance with current legislation, the commission for the removal of plant life concluded that it is necessary to remove trees on Izvarina Street and issue a corresponding permit.

Public discussion of the draft decision of the Miory District Executive Committee
The Miory District Executive Committee is submitting for public discussion a draft decision on issuing a permit for the removal of plant life due to trees obstructing the operation of road and transport infrastructure facilities in the city of Miory at Izvarina Street, in the area of the bridge between the lakes.
In this regard, UP ZhKH of Miory District plans to remove 51 trees.
Residents of the city of Miory can express their opinion on this issue at a meeting to be held at 14:00 on October 26, 2017, at the entrance to the city park "Poluostrov".

The Miory District Council of Deputies proposes to establish a settlement – the farmstead of Dysna Rubiezh of Zautsyevskiy village council of Miory district of Vitebsk region.
Based on the third paragraph of Article 14 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of May 5, 1998 "On the administrative-territorial structure of the Republic of Belarus", district councils of deputies, taking into account the opinion of citizens and lower councils of deputies, establish, merge and abolish rural settlements.
In accordance with the second paragraph of Article 17 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus "On the administrative-territorial structure of the Republic of Belarus", citizens have the right to express opinions on issues of administrative-territorial structure.
In addition, we clarify that the district executive committee and the village executive committee will conduct a study of citizens' opinions on this issue.
The period for considering citizens' opinions is one month from the date of publication of the notice in the mass media and its placement on the Internet.
