The building of the water and mud bathhouse with a water tower is an architectural symbol and a landmark of Svetlogorsk.

The 25-meter high building was erected in 1900-1908 in the national romanticism style according to the design of architect Otto-Walther Kukuk.

In 1978, the tower was decorated with a sundial by sculptor N.P. Frolov. Currently, the tower with an operating water and mud bathhouse belongs to the Svetlogorsk military sanatorium.

The "Zodiac" sundial on the sea promenade is a unique attraction of the Soviet era, listed in the Guinness Book of Records.

The clock is made in the form of a mosaic panel of smalt in 1974 by a group of authors led by N. P. Frolov. The clock face, 10 meters in diameter, features images of 12 constellations. The angle of inclination of the metal rod (gnomon) is equal to the geographical latitude of Svetlogorsk, and its shadow shows Moscow time.

The "Makarov" company Organ Hall is the only private organ hall in the region, celebrating its 30th anniversary in 2025!

Located in the building of the former Catholic chapel "Maria - Star of the Sea," erected in 1931. After restoration in 1994-1995, an organ manufactured by the German firm "Hugo Mayer Orgelbau GmbH" was installed in the building. Today, it is a Temple of Music, filling the resort's life with vibrant events.

The cable car is the only one in the Kaliningrad region. It connects the sea promenade with the upper, central part of the resort. The road was first put into operation in 1983, and in 2014 it underwent reconstruction. The length of the cable car is 118 meters, and the height difference is 34 meters. The speed of 0.5 m/s allows you to admire the picturesque views of the Svetlogorsk seaside.

The "Yantar Hall" Estrada Theater is one of the most visited cultural sites in the Kaliningrad region. This modern multifunctional cultural center, located on the Baltic Sea coast, has one of the best concert venues in the region and hosts festivals and forums. Under one roof with the concert hall, there is a business center, a cinema, exhibition spaces, an amber workshop, cafes and restaurants, shops, and a branch of the World Ocean Museum.

The Maritime Exhibition Center is the only facility of the World Ocean Museum located directly on the Baltic Sea coast, covering almost 3,000 m² of exhibition space. The unique ethnographic exhibition "People of the Sea" introduces the life and cults of Southeast Asian peoples, while the "Amber Living Room" showcases amazing amber products. The Maritime Art Gallery is a space for rotating creative projects, and aquariums house underwater inhabitants that visitors can feed themselves.

The ''PanoramaVV'' elevator is the only panoramic elevator on the coast of the Kaliningrad region. Enjoy the best views of the Baltic Sea and the fastest and most convenient way to reach the Svetlogorsk promenade! This modern art object features two panoramic cabins, each designed to accommodate 24 people. The elevator shaft is 42 meters high. Inside the elevator, there are several cafes and restaurants.

The Amber Period Park is located in a forest area covering 4 hectares and is rightfully considered one of the best family recreation spots in the region. Moving dinosaur figures and an amber volcano, a rope park and a petting zoo, themed children's playgrounds and fun attractions, as well as cozy cafes on the park grounds allow for a fulfilling day with children and unforgettable emotions.

Only in Svetlogorsk does the lake have its own Keeper. From Tuesday to Saturday, at 14:30, anyone can meet him to learn more not only about his work in this position but also about the waterfowl inhabitants of the historic reservoir – ducks, swans, and cormorants.

The Svetlogorsk SPA complex "Baden SPA" houses the largest heated seawater outdoor pool in the Kaliningrad region. The complex features 14 unique banyas and saunas, an indoor pool with mineralized water, a children's aqua zone, a cafe, and a VIP SPA zone.
