The unit capacity is 35 beds. The average age of residents in the unit is 79 years.

Objective of the Unit:

  • to provide disabled citizens who have retained full or partial ability to self-care and move with consulting and information, social and domestic, socio-medical, socio-pedagogical, social intermediary, and social rehabilitation services.

Main Activities:

  • provision of temporary or permanent 24-hour care (residence) for elderly, disabled, non-working, single, and lonely citizens, and disabled persons of groups 1 and 2, with a set of material and domestic support;
  • organization of care for residents, creation of a favorable environment, organization of consultative and medical care, hospitalization of those in need in medical and preventive institutions, implementation of sanitary and hygienic and anti-epidemic measures;
  • organization of activating therapy, implementation of a set of rehabilitation measures to restore personal and social status;
  • organization of cultural events and leisure activities.

To conclude an agreement, citizens must provide the following documents:

  • identity document;
  • a document of the established form on the right to benefits (disability certificate, Great Patriotic War veteran certificate, etc.) for citizens belonging to the category of beneficiaries;
  • a medical certificate on health status, containing information on the presence of medical indications and (or) absence of medical contraindications.

Conditions for the provision of social services:

  • on the terms of partial payment (in the amount of 85 percent of the per capita income of the citizen, but not more than 80 percent of the full cost of services) services in the form of inpatient social services are provided to single disabled citizens;
  • on the terms of full payment (28 rubles 40 kopecks) services in the form of inpatient social services are provided to disabled citizens who have able-bodied children legally obliged to care for their elderly parents.

Residents of the department are provided with:

  • living space with necessary furniture and equipment within sanitary norms and rules;
  • bedding and household items;
  • five meals a day;
  • pre-medical care.

In order to organize cultural and mass events and activate leisure activities for the elderly and disabled, the department features:

  • the "Skilled Hands" hobby club,
  • the "Amateur Florist" club;
  • the "Alphabet of Health" motor activity club;
  • a chess and checkers club;
  • the "Zavalinka" music and dance club;
  • an equipped internal therapeutic environment;
  • an equipped aroma room and phyto-bar;
  • an equipped gym.
