An informational talk on the theme "Live and Remember!" was held with the participation of the Chairman of the Miory District Council of Deputies, Valery Anatolyevich Drabo

For us, the Great Victory remains the unshakable foundation upon which our understanding of good and evil, heroism and betrayal, love for the Motherland and readiness to defend it is built.

On April 22, 2025, an informational talk on the theme "Live and Remember!" was held at the state institution "Territorial Center for Social Services of the Population of the Miory District" with the participation of the Chairman of the Miory District Council of Deputies, Valery Anatolyevich Drabo.

The information about the events of those times left no one indifferent. Lilianna Arkadyevna Batarchuk, responsible for organizing ideological work at the institution, shared interesting facts from her personal archive about the combat paths of her relatives: her father, WWII invalid Arkady Dmitrievich Gusev, and her husband's grandfather, WWII invalid Alexei Antonovich Batarchuk.

With each passing year, we increasingly understand the value of peace and increasingly appreciate those who gave us this right – to live, work, and raise children. And it is our sacred duty to preserve the memory of those who did not return from the battlefields, of those who raised the country from the ruins.

We remember our history and are proud of it!
