Dialogue platform “Our health is in our hands”

A dialogue platform "Our Health is in Our Hands" was held at the department for disabled persons of the Territorial Center for Social Services of the Miory District. Representatives of the Miory Center for Hygiene and Epidemiology, the district organization of the Red Cross, as well as Deacon Dionysiy Lavrinovich, a cleric of the Church of the Deposition of the Robe of the Most Holy Theotokos in Blachernae of Miory, took part in it.

During the meeting, along with topical issues of maintaining and preserving health, proper nutrition, adhering to a daily routine, preventing viral diseases, etc., the issue of spiritual health and well-being was also raised. Deacon Dionysiy spoke about the specifics of fasting, the importance of being able to forgive and ask for forgiveness, follow God's commandments, and live in peace and harmony with oneself and others.
