District competition of creative works by people with disabilities "Wonders of Skilled Hands"
The Territorial Center for Social Services of the Population of the Miory District annually holds the district competition of creative works by citizens with disabilities "Wonders of Skilled Hands" on the eve of the New Year.
The Chairman of the Miory District Council of Deputies, Valery Anatolyevich Drabo, presented diplomas and gifts to the competition participants.
At the opening of the exhibition of works, the competition participants demonstrated and talked about their hobbies, and shared their plans for the future. At the end of the event, a master class on painting New Year's souvenirs made of clay was held.
