The meeting was attended by the Chairman of the Miory District Executive Committee Alexander Yarokhnovich, the Chairman of the Miory District Council of Deputies Valery Drabo, deputy chairmen of the district executive committee, teachers from city schools, representatives of public organizations, and chairmen of the Disna City and rural Councils of Deputies.

The Youth Council under the Miory District Council of Deputies consists of 11 members aged 18 to 31. These are working youth who have actively demonstrated themselves in specific areas of activity.

Maksim Filipovich was elected Chairman of the Miory Council. He previously headed the Youth Chamber under the Miory District Council of Deputies of the fifth convocation. Maksim is a member of the Youth Council of the third convocation under the Council of the Republic of the National Assembly of the Republic of Belarus, a member of the Youth Council under the Vitebsk Regional Council of Deputies, and the head of military-patriotic education at the state educational institution "Miory Secondary School No. 3 named after Hero of the Soviet Union Egor Andreevich Tomko."

Maria Pokoro, a foreign language teacher at the state educational institution "Miory Secondary School No. 2 named after N. G. Izvarin," was elected Deputy Chairman of the Youth Council, and Yana Yurshevich, an inspector of the legal department for work with citizens' and legal entities' appeals of the Miory District Executive Committee, was elected secretary.
