State youth policy is an integral part of the state policy in the field of socio-economic, cultural and national development of the Republic of Belarus and represents a comprehensive system of legal, organizational and managerial, financial and economic, scientific, informational, and personnel measures aimed at creating the necessary conditions for young citizens to choose their life path, for their responsible participation in the life and development of the Belarusian state and society.
Youth is considered a socio-demographic group of the population aged up to 31 years.
Youth policy in the Miory district is implemented in accordance with the Constitution of the Republic of Belarus, the Law of the Republic of Belarus of December 7, 2009 No. 65-Z "On the Fundamentals of State Youth Policy", the Resolution of the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of June 19, 2021 No. 349 "On the Strategy for the Development of State Youth Policy of the Republic of Belarus until 2030", the State Program "Intellectual Belarus" for 2026–2030, and other normative legal acts on the implementation of state youth policy.
In the Miory district, the number of young people is 2213 people, which is about 13% of the total population of the district.
