Solemn ceremony of awarding the passport of a citizen of the Republic of Belarus
Students and teachers from district schools, as well as leaders of district public associations, gathered for a festive event at Mior High School No. 3 named after Hero of the Soviet Union Egor Tomko.
Following tradition, on Constitution Day, Chairman of the Mior District Executive Committee Igor Kuznetsov solemnly presented passports to the 14-year-old boys and girls.
As a gift, the young men and women received the Constitution and the book "I am a Citizen of the Republic of Belarus."
Chairman of the Mior District Council of Deputies Valery Drabo presented youth membership cards of the public association "BRSM".
At the end of the event, participants visited the school's Historical Museum.
