- employment within the student detachments of the BRSM NGO;

The public association "Belarusian Republican Youth Union" is the successor to the Komsomol of Belarus, the Union of Youth of Belarus, the Belarusian Patriotic Youth Union, and the Belarusian Union of Youth. The decision to create it was made on September 6, 2002, at a unification congress.
Any citizen of the Republic of Belarus, stateless persons, as well as foreign citizens permanently residing in the Republic of Belarus, aged from 14 to 31 years, who recognize the Charter and program documents of the PA "BRSM", can become a member of the PA "BRSM".
The goal of the PA "BRSM" is to create conditions for the comprehensive development of youth, unlock their creative potential, and promote the development of civil society in the Republic of Belarus based on patriotic and spiritual-moral values. The Belarusian Republican Youth Union unites indifferent people, those who are not going to sit idly by, but are ready to apply their own efforts, use their abilities to make their lives and the lives of their peers more interesting, brighter, and more meaningful.
Each of us has ideas, concepts, and creative plans. They can be realized with like-minded people. Every young person should have the opportunity to be heard, to discuss issues that concern them with other interested people (peers, representatives of the older generation, experts, government officials), to learn what they can do to solve existing problems, and also to receive support for their future actions. BRSM is a truly unified youth union. Working in it, we act not only as residents of our city, students of our school, but also as representatives of Belarusian youth. We feel ourselves to be a part of our Motherland, a part of the Republic of Belarus.
