The main goal of the enterprise is to carry out economic activities aimed at generating profit.
The subject of the enterprise's activity is the performance of work and the provision of services to the public, legal entities, and individual entrepreneurs under economic contracts. The main type of enterprise activity is the provision of housing and communal services to consumers: technical maintenance, current repairs, capital repairs, sanitary maintenance of auxiliary premises of residential buildings; heat supply and hot water supply; solid municipal waste management.
The UP Housing and Communal Services of Miory District has 17 operating boiler houses on its balance sheet, 8 of which are in rural areas.
The employees of UP Housing and Communal Services maintain:
- 46.9 km of heating networks, including 5.1 km in rural areas,
- 321.04 km of street road network (including 56.7 km in Miory, 31.8 km in Disna, and 223.54 km in rural areas),
- 2 city landfills for solid household waste, in Miory and Disna,
- 2 bathhouses in Miory and Disna.

The housing and communal fund serviced by the enterprise consists of 197 residential buildings with a total area of 120.5 thousand sq. m (including 38 residential buildings with an area of 17.9 thousand sq. m in Disna).
