For violations of anti-corruption legislation and legislation on the procurement of goods (works, services), officials of the Miory district have been brought to administrative responsibility by the prosecutor.
The Prosecutor's Office of the Miory District conducted supervisory and analytical activities on compliance with the legislation on combating corruption and on the procurement of goods (works, services).
During the supervisory and analytical activities, violations of the legislation on combating corruption and on the procurement of goods (works, services) were identified during the public procurement procedures (the subject of public procurement was the current repair of premises of one of the district's educational institutions).
Thus, during the public procurement procedures, the procedure of public procurement in the form of "from one source" was unlawfully determined, when a competitive procurement procedure was required, as a result of which contracts were concluded for amounts of 17,858.07 and 5,558.63 rubles, respectively.
For reference. According to paragraph 2 of Article 18 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of July 13, 2012 No. 419-Z "On Public Procurement of Goods (Works, Services)" (hereinafter referred to as the Law), the type of public procurement procedure is determined based on the estimated cost of the annual (total) need for homogeneous goods (works, services), including for construction objects, indicated in the annual public procurement plan.
The estimated cost of the annual need for homogeneous works for the construction object of this educational institution, according to the annual plan for 2024 (taking into account amendments and (or) additions), as of the date of the procurement procedures, amounted to 23,416.70 rubles or 585.41 basic units.
Based on the results of the supervisory activities, at the request of the prosecutor of the Miory District, the official responsible for violating the legislation on combating corruption and on the procurement of goods (works, services) was brought to administrative responsibility.
