The district prosecutor's office has taken measures to recover funds for training

The prosecutor's office of the Miory district, based on a received request, filed a lawsuit with the court in the interests of the educational institution "Belarusian State Agrarian Technical University" to recover the expenses incurred by the state for training.

During the inspection, it was established that the defendant completed his studies at the university in the specialty "technical support for agricultural production processes" at the expense of the republican budget. He was assigned to one of the agricultural organizations in the district, where he was supposed to work for five years. The defendant started working in the organization, but after completing his compulsory military service, he did not wish to continue the employment relationship and got a job in another organization. He did not voluntarily reimburse the funds spent on his education.

In the court session, the defendant admitted the claims.

By the court decision, the expenses incurred for his education in the amount of 16,698 rubles, as well as the state duty in the amount of 834 rubles 90 kopecks, were recovered from the defendant for the benefit of the state.

The court decision, not having been appealed or protested, entered into legal force.
