  • – preparation of permit documentation for the construction of facilities in accordance with the Regulation on the procedure for preparation and issuance of permit documentation for construction, approved by the Resolution of the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of December 18, 2025 No. 735 (administrative procedures 3.16.1, 3.16.1 1 );

– manufacturing of design (including estimate) documentation for the construction, reconstruction, modernization, major repair of buildings, structures and isolated premises (class 5 complexity);

– development of estimate documentation for current repairs of buildings, structures, and isolated premises (complexity classes 1-5).

FOR INDIVIDUALS:

– development of design and estimate documentation for the construction or reconstruction of single-family and semi-detached two-family residential buildings, utility buildings, garden houses, gazebos, etc.

– development of estimate documentation for capital repairs;

– preparation of a certificate on the cost of construction (reconstruction) of a single-family residential building or an apartment in a semi-detached residential building at current prices, determined on the basis of estimate documentation, and the cost of work performed, materials and products purchased in accordance with the list of administrative procedures carried out by state bodies and other organizations upon applications of citizens approved by the Decree of the President of the Republic of Belarus of April 26, 2010 No. 200 (administrative procedure 1.3.13);

– development of general layout plans for land plot development.
