Citizens are received with applications requiring administrative procedures to be carried out daily on working days of the civil registry office.

The civil registry office has a preliminary appointment log for citizens, and preliminary consultations for citizens are provided.
The person responsible for maintaining the preliminary appointment log for citizens, preliminary consultations, and carrying out administrative procedures is the head of the civil registry office, Yukhno I.S., and in her absence, the chief specialist of the civil registry office, Kozlovskaya N.L.
Citizens are received by the head of the civil registry office, Yukhno I.S., daily in accordance with the daily work schedule. In the absence of the head, the chief specialist of the civil registry office, Kozlovskaya N.L., receives citizens.
The civil registry office prepares certificates based on telephone requests for subsequent issuance to citizens upon personal application (tel. 8 (02152) 5-00-88, 8 (02152) 5-05-91).
Appeals from citizens and legal entities on issues within the competence of the civil registry office of the Miory District Executive Committee can be submitted (sent) to the Miory District Executive Committee in the following manner:

From 01.01.2025, the procedure for obtaining a document confirming the absence of impediments to marriage outside the Republic of Belarus has been changed.
According to Article 19-1 of the Code of the Republic of Belarus on Marriage and Family, for citizens of the Republic of Belarus, foreign citizens and stateless persons permanently residing in the Republic of Belarus, as well as for citizens of the Republic of Belarus permanently residing outside the Republic of Belarus, in case of applying for registration of marriage with competent authorities of foreign states, the document confirming the absence of impediments to marriage is a citizen's statement on the absence of impediments to marriage, the authenticity of the signature on which is certified by a notary or an official authorized to perform notarial acts in accordance with legislative acts.
