In order to prevent violations and reduce the severity of consequences of road traffic accidents involving trucks, the State Automobile Inspectorate of the Miory District Department of Internal Affairs will conduct preventive measures on the territory of the district from April 10 to April 21.

During this event, State Automobile Inspectorate officers will check the compliance of business entities engaged in cargo transportation with their obligations to ensure road traffic safety and the visual technical condition of vehicles, and will control drivers' adherence to the Traffic Rules and other traffic legislation (including through covert monitoring of specific bulk cargo and assortment transportation).

The State Automobile Inspectorate reminds:

- when transporting cargo, the mass of the transported cargo and the distribution of load across axles must not exceed the values established by the vehicle manufacturer;
