During the inspection of housing, representatives of the Ministry of Emergency Situations reminded citizens of the need for strict adherence to fire safety rules in everyday life, citing examples of fatal fires.
– This event was held with the aim of reducing the occurrence of fires in the housing stock and preventing deaths. "House without Fire" includes preventive measures in households where the fire safety status is visually assessed. Explanatory conversations were held with citizens, and recommendations were given for eliminating identified violations, – says the Deputy Head of the District Department for Emergency Situations, Oleg Bunta. – However, as practice shows, mere warnings are not enough.
