State Fire Supervision informs!

In April, employees of the state fire supervision conducted supervisory activities in the form of monitoring at the facilities of the State Educational Institution "Yazna Secondary School", State Educational Institution "Turkovo Basic School", State Educational Institution "Sitkovo Basic School", State Educational Institution "Disna Secondary School named after Hero of the Soviet Union M.A. Kuzmin", and in the form of a selective inspection at the facilities of OJSC "Lyubinovo".

During the monitoring of the facilities, as well as the selective inspection, special attention was paid to compliance with fire safety regulations, the condition of evacuation routes and exits, and the serviceability and operability of fire extinguishing equipment and fire automation systems.

Following the monitoring of the State Educational Institution "Yazna Secondary School", State Educational Institution "Turkovo Basic School", State Educational Institution "Disna Secondary School named after Hero of the Soviet Union M.A. Kuzmin", a number of violations were identified concerning the safe condition of evacuation routes and exits, and the serviceability of fire water supply and fire extinguishing equipment. During the monitoring, compliance with the requirements of the legislation by the licensee LLC "Polotsksantechelectrosbyt" in the field of fire safety activities related to the technical maintenance of fire automation systems at educational institutions was also studied; violations committed by them were rectified during the monitoring. Recommendations for eliminating the identified violations were sent to the heads of the institutions. During the monitoring of the State Educational Institution "Sitkovo Basic School", no violations of fire safety requirements were detected.

Following the selective inspection of OJSC "Lyubinovo", violations were identified concerning the safe condition of evacuation routes and exits, the content of fire safety instructions, the serviceability of fire water supply and fire extinguishing equipment, as well as the provision of facilities with the necessary number of primary fire extinguishing means. For violations of fire safety requirements, officials of the organization will be brought to administrative responsibility.
