State Fire Supervision informs!

In March, employees of the state fire supervision conducted supervisory measures in the form of monitoring at the facilities of the educational institution "Miory Secondary School No. 2 named after N. G. Izvarin", the oil pumping station "Disna" of the unitary enterprise "Zapad-Transnefteprodukt", the healthcare institution "Miory Central District Hospital", and the open joint-stock company "Nikolaevsky".

During the monitoring of the facilities, special attention was paid to compliance with fire safety regulations, the condition of evacuation routes and exits, and the operability of fire extinguishing equipment and fire automation systems.

Following the monitoring, a number of violations were identified concerning the safe condition of evacuation routes and exits, the content of fire safety instructions, compliance with general fire safety requirements, the operability of fire water supply and extinguishing equipment, as well as ensuring facilities with the necessary number of primary fire extinguishing means. During the monitoring, compliance with legislation by the licensee OJSC "Vitavtomatika" in the provision of fire safety services related to the technical maintenance of fire automation systems at the healthcare institution "Miory Central District Hospital" was also studied; no violations were found on their part. Recommendations for eliminating the identified violations were sent to the heads of organizations.

Employees of the Miory Regional Department for Emergency Situations once again remind about the need for all employees of enterprises and organizations to comply with fire safety requirements. If a fire is detected, it is necessary to notify people who may be in the danger zone, take measures to extinguish the fire, and report the fire to the rescue service.
