The special preventive event 'House without fire' will be held in Miory region

As of 08.01.2026, there have been 28 fires in the region (+55.5% compared to the same period last year), resulting in 4 fatalities (+33.3%). An increase in the number of citizens killed in fires is observed in 4 regions of the oblast.

In order to influence the situation with fatalities in the Miory district, from January 19 to 25, a special preventive event "House without Fire" will be held. Special attention will be paid to the territory of the city of Miory and the Miory rural council. As part of the events, households of categorized citizens will be inspected, both individually and in conjunction with prevention entities, rural gatherings, and events in places of mass gathering will be held.
