A meeting with parents and spouses of EMERCOM employees was held in Miory
An important aspect of anyone's success in a particular field of work is the support of loved ones, understanding the intricacies of the profession, and involvement in emerging problems. It was precisely with the aim of familiarizing with the service conditions of rescuers and the requirements for people in uniform that a meeting with the spouses and mothers of the employees of the Miory District Department for Emergency Situations was organized.
The head of the Miory District Department for Emergency Situations, Vladimir Rachitsky, addressed the guests with a welcoming speech. "This is not the first time we have held a meeting of this kind. We want to believe that our trusting communication will help identify the problems that your husbands and sons may face in their service. We will try to find ways to solve them together," the head noted.
Special attention during the conversation was paid to the strict observance of discipline and legality. As visual material on the consequences of violating the law, guests were shown the film "The Wrong Door".
Taking the opportunity, during the conversation, Vladimir Rachitsky told those present about the benefits of autonomous fire alarms, gave examples of people being rescued thanks to the timely detection of a fire by an alarm, and also urged them to take care of their loved ones and install this simple device for everyone.
Also on the agenda were issues of material incentives for employees of the fire and rescue units and the conditions for providing rental housing. Over a cup of tea in a warm and friendly atmosphere, the head of the unit thanked those present for their support of their sons and spouses who serve in the Ministry of Emergency Situations. The head of the department expressed gratitude for the excellent opportunity to get to know the wives and mothers of the employees better, and also emphasized that this is a good basis for further team cohesion and a lever for solving a number of problems and issues.
