Preventive work in the work collective

As part of fire prevention work in the district, Vladimir Rachitsky, head of the Miory unit of the Ministry of Emergency Situations, addressed the workforces of the open joint-stock company "Rayagorservice" and the district veterinary station.

The representative of the Ministry of Emergency Situations began his speech by presenting statistics on fires in the district, region, and the Republic of Belarus, providing examples of fires and analyzing their causes. He reminded attendees of the basic fire safety rules that must be observed at the workplace, at home, and in everyday life.

Attendees were also informed about the procedure for actions in case of a fire, the rules for using primary fire extinguishing equipment, and fire safety rules when using stove heating and electrical equipment.

- Every person must know how to act in case of a fire, - the head said. – And our task, as employees of the Ministry of Emergency Situations, is to remind you of these actions.

Attendees were told about the benefits of autonomous fire alarms and given examples of people being rescued thanks to timely fire detection by an alarm. Special attention was paid to children's mischief with fire.

The main goal of such meetings is to teach people how to prevent emergencies and how to act correctly when they occur.
