Campaign «For Safety Together!»

From October 25 to November 2, 2025, as part of the main stage of the republican campaign "For Safety Together!", events will be held in the Miory district to prevent fires and deaths from them in the housing stock. In addition to rescuers, representatives of the internal affairs bodies, healthcare, labor and social protection committees, education, housing and communal services, gas supply and energy services, as well as representatives of local executive and administrative bodies will take part in the campaign.

The aim of the campaign is to reduce the number of fires caused by citizens' non-compliance with fire safety rules in residential buildings and structures, settlements and territories, including rural areas, to increase public awareness of the capabilities of state organizations to provide services in the field of fire safety, to strengthen law and order, and to prevent offenses committed by citizens while intoxicated.

Ministry of Emergency Situations employees will visit lonely and elderly citizens living alone, disabled people, as well as families in which children are in a socially dangerous situation, and will provide explanations and recommendations on improving the fire safety of housing. Joint raids, information exchange, and meetings with work collectives are planned during the campaign. Employees of housing and communal services, as well as employees providing social and medical assistance at home, will be trained in the basics of life safety, measures to prevent fires and other emergencies, as well as actions in case they occur.
