"House without fire" is held in Miory"
From August 25 to 31, a special preventive event "House Without Fire" is being held in the Miory district. Its goal is to reduce the risks of fires in housing and deaths from them, and to improve the life safety culture among the population.
To prevent fire incidents, employees of the Miory District Department for Emergency Situations, both individually and in cooperation with preventive entities, are visiting the homes of categorized citizens in the town of Miory and the Perebrodsky village council. They remind them of safe behavior rules, how to properly operate stoves, how to minimize the risk of fire in their homes, and citizens, in turn, have the opportunity to receive qualified advice on fire safety issues right at their place of residence.
– The special preventive event "House Without Fire" has become an important step towards improving the life safety culture among the citizens of the village council, – shared his opinion the Deputy Head Oleg Bunko. – It is important to remember that each of us can contribute to creating a safe environment by following simple rules and paying attention to the recommendations of the Ministry of Emergency Situations employees. Only through joint efforts can we make our homes truly safe and protect ourselves from disaster.
Rescuers drew residents' attention to the main causes of fires and deaths from them, and reminded them of the safety rules that must be observed to avoid tragic consequences. Ministry of Emergency Situations employees inspected households for fire safety and recommended that the population install autonomous fire detectors.
