State Fire Supervision informs!

In April, employees of the state fire supervision conducted supervisory activities in the form of monitoring at the facilities of the State Educational Institution "Uzmenskaya Basic School", State Educational Institution "Slobodskaya Primary School", and the "Nika" hotel of CTUP "Nikafood".

During the monitoring of the facilities, special attention was paid to compliance with fire safety regulations, the condition of evacuation routes and exits, and the operability of fire extinguishing equipment and fire automation systems.

Following the monitoring of educational institutions, a number of violations were identified concerning the safe condition of evacuation routes and exits. During the monitoring, compliance by the licensee CTUP "Polotsksantech-elektrosbyt" with the requirements of the legislation in the field of fire safety, specifically regarding the technical maintenance of fire automation systems in these institutions, was also studied. Violations were identified in the building of the kindergarten of the State Educational Institution "Uzmenskaya Basic School". All identified violations were rectified in the shortest possible time within the framework of the supervisory activities conducted.

Following the monitoring of the "Nika" hotel, violations related to the training system for responsible officials on fire safety issues were identified. During the monitoring, compliance by the licensee of the Miory Department of the Department of Internal Affairs of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Belarus with the requirements of the legislation in the field of fire safety, specifically regarding the technical maintenance of fire automation systems at the specified facility, was also studied. No violations on their part were identified. Recommendations for rectifying the identified violations were sent to the management.

Additionally, employees of the state fire supervision checked compliance with the requirements for products subject to the technical regulation TR EAEU 043/2017 "On requirements for fire safety and fire extinguishing means" at the retail outlet "Tri tseny" of OOO "Play hard" (sale of fire detectors), the "Avtozapchasti" store of OOO "Barut" (sale of fire extinguishers), and the "MTM" pavilion of OOO "MTM-plus" (sale of electrical mounting profiles).

All specified products, as well as the presented accompanying documents, comply with the requirements.

Employees of the Miory District Department for Emergency Situations once again remind about the need to comply with fire safety requirements by all employees of enterprises and organizations. In case of fire detection, it is necessary to notify people who may be in the danger zone, take measures to extinguish the fire, and report the fire to the rescue service.
