Miyory rescuers took part in the Republican campaign 'Give the forest new life'
For the rescuers of Miory District, planting trees has become a good tradition. This is not the first time they have participated in such an event, thereby showing their concern for the greening of their native country and the transfer of a full-fledged and prosperous forest fund to future generations.
Rescuers, together with employees of the Disna Forestry, sincerely and fruitfully participated in the event and planted more than 7 thousand coniferous and pine saplings on the territory of the Uzmensky rural council.
– We are always happy to participate in similar events, which are not only beneficial for the country but also help to spend time in a friendly atmosphere, – noted Vitaly Ganin, head of the Miory District Department of the Ministry of Emergency Situations. – The event contributes to the formation of a careful attitude towards nature. In a few years, future generations will be able to admire the beauty of the forests and enjoy the purity of the air.
– This is our duty to the country and future generations, so today our friendly team supported the good initiative to restore forests, – noted Pavel Burak, deputy head of the district department.
Rescuers are confident that natural resources are a heritage that must be protected and multiplied. The small contribution of each person to the multiplication of Belarus's forests will bear fruit in the future.
