The 'Thin Ice' campaign is underway in the Miory district

From February 24 to March 3, a preventive campaign "Thin Ice" is being held in the Miory district, aimed at preventing deaths on water bodies during the winter period.

As part of the campaign, rescuers, together with representatives of the OSVOD and employees of internal affairs bodies, will conduct raids on local reservoirs.

The purpose of the events is to remind citizens about ice safety rules. In addition, as part of the campaign, performances are planned in work collectives and educational institutions.

The Ministry of Emergency Situations urges all residents of the district to be attentive and careful when being on a reservoir in the winter period.
