Rules for the use of pyrotechnic devices:
1. Ensure that the fireworks will not ignite by waiting 10-15 minutes at a safe distance. If nothing has happened after this time, you can approach the fireworks.
2. First, upon approaching the fireworks, visually inspect them to ensure there are no smoldering parts. If no part of the fireworks is smoldering, let alone burning, you can proceed with further actions. In case there are smoldering parts, immediately retreat to a safe distance from the fireworks. Such an item still poses a threat
and can cause significant harm to your health.
3. Under no circumstances should you lean over a misfired firework in such a situation. This can also end tragically!
4. A misfired firework should be placed in water for several hours.
5. Fireworks should be disposed of with household or construction waste. It is not permissible to dispose of a misfired item with food waste.
6. It is strictly forbidden to throw such items into a bonfire. The consequences can be unpredictable!
