Campaign 'Don't Burn Your Life'

Careless handling of fire while smoking has for many years remained the unchanged "leader" among the causes of fires, leading to loss of life.

With the aim of preventing fires and loss of life from them due to careless handling of fire while smoking, from November 4 to 27, the republican information and propaganda campaign "Don't Burn Your Life Away!" will be held.

The campaign events will take place in dormitories, higher and secondary specialized educational institutions, railway and bus stations, and retail outlets.

EMERCOM employees will organize interactive classes, master classes on the use of primary fire extinguishing means, first aid, remind about the consequences of the bad habit, and demonstrate the operation of autonomous fire alarms and video clips "Victims of a Bad Habit."

During the campaign, intensive fire prevention work will be carried out in the residential sector. EMERCOM employees will visit citizens' houses and apartments, reminding them of the need to comply with fire safety rules.
