The republican campaign "For Safety Together" has started in the Vitebsk region

One of the main reasons for fires still remains the failure of citizens to comply with fire safety rules due to carelessness or ignorance, but the outcome is the same.

In order to prevent such fires, as well as to increase public awareness in the field of fire safety, strengthen law and order, and prevent offenses committed by citizens in a state of alcoholic intoxication, from October 14 to October 30, 2024, the republican campaign "For Safety Together" is being held in the Vitebsk region.

Representatives of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection, the Ministry of Education, the Ministry of Information, the Ministry of Housing and Communal Services, the Ministry of Health, and the Ministry of Energy, as well as the Belarusian Voluntary Fire Society, will take part in the preventive measures.

Traditionally, first of all, the subjects of prevention will pay attention to families in which children are in a socially dangerous situation, lonely and single elderly citizens, disabled people, citizens who use their homes for drinking alcoholic beverages, people leading an antisocial lifestyle, veterans of the Great Patriotic War, and other socially vulnerable categories of citizens.
