Events with a focus on safety
As part of the republican campaign "With Care for the Safety of the Small Motherland," rescuers from Miory region met with rural residents to remind them about safety rules.
Unfortunately, our residents still have safety issues. The number of fires and the number of people killed in them prompts rescuers to meet with the public more often. It is during such meetings that it is possible to gather people in one place.
A conversation was held with the villagers about safety and the importance of an autonomous fire alarm, and they were urged to install them in every living room if anyone has not yet managed to do so. The rescuers also touched upon the topic of the fire-hazardous period, reminded that visiting forests in our region is prohibited, and explained the rules for making campfires.
It is worth noting that the participants of the event took an active part in the conversation, answered questions in a friendly and cheerful manner, for which they received safety leaflets at the end of the meeting.
