Miory. River raids on reservoirs and waterside recreation areas
The established warm weather draws people to bodies of water. Both townspeople and villagers try to spend their free time by the water. However, even when relaxing by a body of water, it is necessary to know and follow safety rules to avoid trouble.
Miory rescuers, together with representatives of the district OSVOD and employees of the internal affairs department, went to the city beach and to places where swimming is prohibited on the weekend to conduct a safety briefing on bodies of water. Especially since the sad statistics of drownings encourage educational work.
The attention of vacationers was drawn to the fact that water requires caution, and when on a body of water, it is necessary to remember and observe elementary safety rules. A separate conversation was held with children on the beach. Rescuers reminded them that one should not fool around or engage in rough games on the water, swim beyond buoys, or ignore the demands of adults. Vacationers were once again reminded of the rescue service numbers to call in case of an emergency.
