State Fire Supervision informs!

In May, employees of the state fire supervision conducted supervisory activities in the form of selective inspections at the facilities of SUP "Cheressy", as well as monitoring at the facilities of OJSC "Lyubinovo", SUP "Titovo", the branch "Miory Feed Mill", GUO "Miory District Center for Correctional and Developmental Education and Rehabilitation", "Euroopt", "Ami", and the funeral home "Angel-Ritual" of individual entrepreneur Galyash.

The results of the supervisory activities at agricultural facilities (SUP "Cheressy", SUP "Titovo", OJSC "Lyubinovo") showed that the facilities have violations regarding compliance with the requirements for the maintenance of buildings, structures, and premises (compliance with requirements for ensuring safe evacuation in case of fire), compliance with the requirements for the maintenance and determination of the quantity of primary fire extinguishing means, as well as compliance with the requirements for the procedure of conducting fire safety briefings and checking employees' knowledge of fire safety. Based on the results of the supervisory activities, an order and recommendations for the elimination of identified violations were sent to the heads.

During the monitoring of GUO "Miory District Center for Correctional and Developmental Education and Rehabilitation", special attention was paid to compliance with the fire safety regulations, the condition of evacuation routes and exits, and the operability of fire extinguishing means and fire automation systems. Also, during the monitoring, compliance with the legislation by the licensee LLC "SpetsYuKengineering", ChTUP "Polotsksantech-elektrosbyt" in the implementation of activities to ensure fire safety in terms of technical maintenance of fire automation systems at this facility was studied; no violations were identified on their part.

Based on the results of the monitoring of "Ami" and "Angel-Ritual" stores, a number of violations were identified regarding compliance with the requirements for ensuring safe evacuation in case of fire, as well as the operability of fire extinguishing means and fire automation systems. Based on the results of the supervisory activities, recommendations for the elimination of identified violations were sent to the heads.

Following the monitoring of the "Euroopt" store, the identified violations have been rectified during supervisory activities.

Additionally, employees of the State Fire Supervision inspected compliance with the requirements for products subject to the EAEU TR 043/2017 "On Fire Safety and Fire Extinguishing Means" at the "Eurolux" retail outlet of the private enterprise "Bulgak" (sale of electrical installation molding products, autonomous smoke fire detectors).

All the specified products, as well as the presented accompanying documents, comply with the applicable requirements.

Employees of the Miory District Department for Emergency Situations once again remind about the necessity of fire safety requirements compliance by all employees of enterprises and organizations. In case of detecting fires, it is necessary to notify people who may be in the danger zone, take measures to extinguish the fire, and report the fire to the rescue service.
