The head of the regional department of the Ministry of Emergency Situations visited the Miory district

During his visit to the Miory district, a member of the Council of the Republic of the National Assembly of the Republic of Belarus, Head of the Vitebsk Regional Emergency Situations Department Sergey Meshkoshkin met with the staff of Miory Secondary School No. 3 named after Hero of the Soviet Union E.A. Tomko in the city of Miory.

In a conversation with citizens, the head spoke about the operational situation with fires in the Vitebsk region and identified the most common causes of fire emergencies. Careless handling of fire while smoking, often while intoxicated, remains the undisputed leader in fire incidents.

Child safety was also not overlooked by the head. Sergey Nikolaevich reminded that the main cause of child deaths and injuries is the carelessness of adults who do not exercise proper control over their children and leave them unattended.

In conclusion, Sergey Nikolaevich urged everyone present to be concerned about their own safety, as well as the safety of their relatives and loved ones.
