State Fire Supervision informs!
In January, employees of the state fire supervision authorities, as part of preparations for the voting, conducted supervisory measures in the form of monitoring at the polling station locations. The following facilities were visited: the building of the State Educational Institution "Miory Secondary School named after N.G. Izvarin", the State Educational Institution "Miory Secondary School No. 3 named after Hero of the Soviet Union Egor Andreevich Tomko", the State Educational Institution "Disna Secondary School named after Hero of the Soviet Union M.A. Kuzmin", the State Educational Institution "Sloboda Primary School", the State Educational Institution "Novopogost Secondary School named after G.I. Tsitovich", the State Educational Institution "Povyat Secondary School named after V. Babichev", the State Educational Institution "Turkovo Basic School", the administrative building of OJSC "Podeltsy", the administrative building of OJSC "Meritsa", the Production and Consumer Cooperative "Miory", the branch "Uzmensky Rural House of Culture", the branch "Tsvetinetsky Rural Center of National Culture and Folklore", the branch "Cheressky Rural House of Culture", the branch "Nikolaevsky Rural Club", the branch "Chepukovsky Rural House of Culture" of the State Cultural Institution "Miory Center of Culture and Folk Art".
During the monitoring of the facilities, special attention was paid to compliance with fire safety regulations at the polling station locations, the condition of evacuation routes and exits, and the operability of fire automation systems.
Based on the results of the monitoring, a number of violations were identified at the following facilities: the State Educational Institution "Disna Secondary School", the State Educational Institution "Turkovo Basic School", the administrative buildings of OJSC "Podeltsy", OJSC "Meritsa", Production and Consumer Cooperative "Miory", and cultural institutions of the State Cultural Institution "Miory Center of Culture and Folk Art". Typical violations related to the maintenance of primary fire extinguishing equipment, as well as the safe condition of evacuation routes and exits, were identified.
Additionally, during the monitoring, the condition of fire automation systems at the specified facilities was also examined. The non-operability of the fire alarm and notification system in the building of the Nikolaevsky Rural Club was identified.
Recommendations and information on eliminating the identified violations have been sent to the officials of the organizations.
Employees of the Miory District Department for Emergency Situations once again remind about the need to comply with fire safety requirements by all employees of enterprises and organizations. If fires are detected, it is necessary to notify people who may be in the danger zone, take measures to extinguish the fires, and report the fire to the rescue service.
