"Winter Patrol" on guard for safety!

In order to prevent accidents on water bodies during the winter period, Miory rescuers, together with OSVOD employees and activists of the Belarusian Republican Youth Union, conducted joint preventive raids on Lakes Miorskoe and Cheresskoe.

Interacting with fishing enthusiasts, rescuers held preventive talks, paying special attention to the need to wear a life jacket when going out on the ice, as well as the procedure for action in case of a dangerous situation and methods of rescue from water. They spoke about tragic cases of death on the water bodies of the district.

During the raid, each fisherman was warned about the need to observe water safety rules, and also left booklets with useful information as a reminder.
