In Miory, training was held for prevention entities and employees of the district emergency department
As is well known, preventive work in residential buildings is one of the main forms of work to prevent the loss of life from external causes in residential buildings. And here, inspection commissions and representatives of interested prevention entities play an important role.
Of course, each prevention entity is "strong in its own field," but at the same time, it is necessary to possess at least a minimal "set of rules" from a related field: when inspecting citizens' living conditions, it is necessary to identify unsafe places. It is precisely in order to know "where to correctly place emphasis" during preventive work in residential buildings that seminars, training sessions, and meetings are held with prevention entities.
The organization of activities of crime prevention entities to prevent offenses that contribute to the loss of life from external causes in residential buildings is the main topic of the meeting, which took place in the Miory district with the participation of Anton Borodich, chief specialist of the supervision and prevention department of the Vitebsk regional department of the Ministry of Emergency Situations.
Representatives of "Miory District Gas Supply" and Miory "State Energy and Gas Supervision" did not remain aloof from the discussion of safety issues. They once again reminded about the rules for using gas equipment, as well as about safety measures when operating heating networks and electrical equipment.
The meeting participants considered issues of further interaction between prevention entities, and discussed work algorithms for taking measures to eliminate violations identified during preventive work that contribute to emergencies.
During a visit to the Miory District Department for Emergency Situations, Anton Nikolaevich conducted a training session for personnel involved in preventive work in residential buildings. He paid special attention to the correctness and completeness of filling out accounting forms, and also focused on problematic issues that arise when visiting citizens' households.
Thus, the emphasis in the work for the coming year has been set, the tasks have been announced, and it is time for implementation.
