Miory rescuers summed up the results of the past year

Deputy Head of the Vitebsk Regional Department, Sergey Nikolaevich Markevich, met with employees of the Miory District Department for Emergency Situations to summarize the results of work for 2023.

The meeting was opened by the Head of the Miory District Department for Emergency Situations, Vitaly Ganin, who announced the agenda of the meeting. Then his deputies, each responsible for their area of activity, were heard, an objective assessment of the work results was given, and tasks for the future were set. Sergey Nikolaevich placed a special emphasis on the fact that despite the enormous work done this year, which has been declared the Year of Quality by the President, we will have to work even harder, because human lives depend on our professional actions.

The head paid special attention to the issue of labor discipline of employees of the Ministry of Emergency Situations bodies and units, indicated the need for clear execution of official duties, and set priority tasks for the leadership on the need for proper control over subordinates. Sergey Nikolaevich dwelled in detail on issues of discipline and legality, and the prevention of offenses among personnel.

The prevention of population life safety is of no small importance, and all efforts should be directed towards it, as it is an integral part of the work of every officer.

Following the meeting, Sergey Nikolaevich thanked the officers and personnel for their work in ensuring the safety of the district's citizens and maintaining the image of the Ministry of Emergency Situations. He congratulated everyone on the upcoming holiday – Rescuer's Day and wished good health to all employees and their families, success in their service activities, and fruitful work in the coming year.
