State Fire Supervision informs!

In November, employees of the state fire supervision conducted supervisory measures in the form of selective inspections at the facilities of the LPDS "Disna" of the Unitary Production Enterprise "Zapad-Tranzitnefteprodukt", as well as monitoring at the facilities of the State Educational Institution "Miory District Center for Children and Youth", State Educational Institution "Miory Children's Art School".

During the supervisory measures at the LPDS "Disna" facilities, violations of the requirements for ensuring safe evacuation in case of fire, as well as for providing the organization's facilities with primary fire extinguishing means were identified. All identified violations were eliminated during the inspection.

Based on the results of the monitoring of the State Educational Institution "Miory District Center for Children and Youth", it was established that the requirements for ensuring the safe evacuation of people in case of fire, as well as for the operation of primary fire extinguishing means, are not fully complied with. The State Educational Institution "Miory Children's Art School" also has a problematic issue regarding the safe evacuation of people in case of fire. Recommendations for eliminating the identified violations have been sent to the heads of the organizations.

At the same time, during the monitoring of the State Educational Institution "Miory Children's Art School", compliance with the requirements of the legislation by the licensee, the Miory Department of the Department of Protection of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Belarus, in the field of ensuring fire safety regarding the technical maintenance of fire automation systems at the facility was studied. No violations were found in the technical maintenance of fire automation.

Also, employees of the state fire supervision checked compliance with the requirements for products that are the object of technical regulation TR EAEU 043/2017 "On requirements for fire safety and fire extinguishing means" at the retail facility "Master" of the Private Enterprise "Itera-Trade" (sale of fire extinguishers, fire detectors, electrical mounting products). All the specified products, as well as the presented accompanying documents, comply with the requirements.

The employees of the Miory District Department for Emergency Situations (ROChS) once again remind about the need to comply with fire safety requirements by all employees of enterprises and organizations. If fires are detected, it is necessary to notify people who may be in the danger zone, take measures to extinguish the fires, and report
the fire to the rescue service.
