Alexey Makeenko visited the Miory District Department for Emergency Situations

Deputy Head of the Vitebsk Regional Emergency Situations Ministry Department Alexey Makeenko took part in the "Reach Everyone" event, held at the Miory District Department.

The main topic for discussion with the staff was the conscientious attitude of employees towards the fulfillment of assigned tasks, the effective and clear performance of their official duties, maintaining cleanliness and order in the department, as well as observing discipline and legality. Using real examples that occurred among employees in the Vitebsk region, the deputy head of the department focused the attention of those present on the prevention of crimes and offenses. Issues of awarding bonuses and granting days off for time worked outside of duty hours were discussed.

Alexey Nikolaevich informed the department employees about important socio-political events in the country and the world in recent times.

Participants were shown the film "Not That Door," which depicts former employees of emergency situations bodies and departments serving sentences in places of deprivation of liberty.

Invited guests included employees of law enforcement agencies, the State Automobile Inspectorate, and the Investigative Committee, who, in their speeches, reminded about the inadmissibility of using and distributing narcotic drugs, as well as about existing cases of cybercrime and fraud, spoke about the types and responsibility for committing property crimes, and reminded about traffic rules and the inadmissibility of driving while intoxicated.

The psychologist of the Polotsk City Department for Emergency Situations paid special attention to the prevention of auto-aggressive behavior and conducted testing with the staff.
