State Fire Supervision informs!

In October, employees of the state fire supervision conducted supervisory activities in the form of selective inspections at the facilities of OJSC "Nikolaevsky", as well as monitoring at the facilities of the State Educational Institution "Miory District Social-Pedagogical Center", the round-the-clock stay department of the State Institution "Territorial Center for Social Services of the Miory District", hotels of the Unitary Enterprise "Housing and Communal Services of the Miory District", the State Institution "Miory Sports and Recreation Club".

During the supervisory activities at the facilities of OJSC "Nikolaevsky", it was established that officials of the organization do not exercise proper control over the observance of the fire safety regulations by employees at the subordinate facilities, buildings and premises are not fully equipped with primary fire extinguishing means (fire extinguishers), storage of coarse fodder is allowed with violation of established requirements, and permanent places for carrying out fire works have not been determined.

A directive to eliminate the violations was sent to the head of the organization, and deadlines for their elimination were set.

Based on the results of the monitoring of the State Educational Institution "Miory District Social-Pedagogical Center", the round-the-clock stay department of the State Institution "Territorial Center for Social Services of the Miory District", and the State Institution "Miory Sports and Recreation Club", no gross violations of fire safety requirements were detected. At the same time, during the monitoring, the compliance of the licensee, LLC "Polotsksantech-Electrosbyt", with the requirements of the legislation in the field of fire safety regarding the technical maintenance of fire automation systems at the specified facilities was also studied. It was established that it is necessary to replace the batteries in the fire automation devices. Recommendations for eliminating the identified violations were sent to the officials of the organizations.

During the monitoring of hotels by the UP ZhKH of the Miory District, violations were identified regarding the provision of the hotel in Disna with a sufficient number of primary fire extinguishing means. Recommendations for eliminating the identified violations were sent to the head of the organization. When studying the licensee of the Miory Department of the Department of Protection of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Belarus, regarding compliance with the requirements of the legislation in the implementation of activities to ensure fire safety in terms of technical maintenance of fire automation systems at the specified facilities, no violations were found on their part.

Also, employees of the state fire supervision checked compliance with the requirements for products that are the object of technical regulation TR EAEU 043/2017 "On requirements for fire safety and fire extinguishing means" at the retail outlet "Auto Parts" of OOO "Barut" (sale of fire extinguishers), the store "Domovoy" of IP Rachitskaya (sale of fire detectors, electrical installation molding products). All the specified products, as well as the presented accompanying documents, comply with the requirements.

Employees of the Miory Department of Emergency Situations once again remind about the need to comply with fire safety requirements by all employees of enterprises and organizations. If a fire is detected, it is necessary to notify people who may be in the danger zone, take measures to extinguish the fire, and report the fire to the rescue service.
