Harvesting under the close supervision of Miory rescuers

These days, the country's and leadership's attention is riveted on agricultural workers more than ever, as the harvesting campaign has already begun. After all, the success of the harvest directly determines the country's food security.

The safety of the harvest is influenced by many factors: weather conditions, reliable agricultural machinery, the responsibility of agricultural workers towards their assigned tasks, and, no less importantly, the safe conduct of work. Both in the fields and at grain drying complexes, technological and fire safety regulations must be observed. Employees of the district department of the Ministry of Emergency Situations visited grain harvesting and storage facilities to remind them of safety rules during the harvesting campaign.

The attention of the Ministry of Emergency Situations employees to agricultural facilities was not in vain. Every year, cases of equipment fires in the fields, as well as fires at warehouses and grain drying facilities, occur in the country. To prevent this, instructing workers involved in these operations is crucial. If every worker knows what to do to prevent a fire and how to extinguish it if it does occur, serious consequences can be avoided. In addition, every agricultural facility must have functioning fire extinguishing equipment, and workers must know how to use it.
