How to spend holidays without smoke and fire

Workers of the Miory District Department for Emergency Situations discussed with schoolchildren at the Turkovo Secondary School's in-school health camp how to spend holidays without smoke and fire as part of a republican campaign.

The children actively participated in game contests and a safety discussion. Thanks to these activities, the boys and girls from the in-school camp recalled the rules of behavior on water bodies and methods of rescuing drowning people, were able to test their skills in solving safety problems, and refreshed their memory of the rules for calling the rescue service.

The children especially enjoyed participating in the "Asphalt Drawings" contest on fire safety topics. The children gladly came up with ideas and drew.

This safety event served not only as a warm-up for the children but also as a way to recall important safety rules and receive souvenirs from the Ministry of Emergency Situations as a keepsake.
