Summer recreation by the water is a joy, but safety must come first
Remember the key rules:
Choose equipped beaches with buoys, changing rooms, and where OSVOD lifeguards are on duty.
The ideal water temperature for swimming is from +18 °C.
The time spent in the water should not exceed 15 minutes, after which you should warm up in the sun for at least 30 minutes.
Elderly people should enter the water gradually, avoiding sudden temperature changes.
Children under 14 years of age must be in the water only under adult supervision. If you see an unaccompanied child, do not pass by, find out who they are with.
Do not overestimate your abilities: do not swim too far.
