Where is it allowed to swim?

Swimming is permitted at the lakes Mіorskae (city park "Poluostrov") and Abstserna (on the side of the village Perebrod'e, Mіorsk district).

Citizens are prohibited from swimming in flooded quarries, melioration system canals, ponds, technological water bodies, at the locations of dams, dikes, locks, other hydraulic structures and devices, on the shore of Lake Mіorskae within fifty meters in both directions from the city bathhouse, on the side of Ozernaya and Kіrova streets from the bridge across the Meritsa River to the OSVOD building, and within 100 meters in both directions from the ferry crossing on the Zapadnaya Dvina River in Dіsna.

Swimming is prohibited in water bodies equipped with appropriate warning signs.
