About the competition

From May 1, 2026, the annual republican review competition for the best improvement of a surface water body for recreation, sports, and tourism has started.

The procedure for organizing and conducting the review competition is determined by the resolution

of the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environmental Protection of the Republic of Belarus

 of June 25, 2025, No. 33.

The competition is held in three stages in two nominations:
- "Best improvement and maintenance of a recreation area on a water body among state organizations";
- "Best improvement and maintenance of a recreation area on a water body among water users providing recreation and tourism services".
