On the results of the control activities of the Miory District Inspectorate of Natural Resources and Environmental Protection for 2025

To prevent environmental offenses, the Miory District Inspectorate of Natural Resources and Environmental Protection conducted 9 monitoring activities, 3 technical (technological, verification) measures, and 2 sample inspections in 2025.

Based on the violations identified during the sample inspections, 75 items (requirements) for rectifying violations were issued. Following the monitoring activities, 302 items of recommendations for eliminating identified deficiencies (violations) were issued. As a result of the technical (technological, verification) measures, 287 items of orders to rectify identified violations and deficiencies were issued to business entities.

As a result of the control activities, 13 offenders of environmental legislation, including 10 legal entities and 3 officials, were brought to administrative responsibility by the inspectorate specialists. The total amount of fines imposed was 11,466 rubles.

33 decisions were made to release from administrative responsibility with warnings issued, including 9 to legal entities, 17 to officials, and 7 to individuals.

11 cases of environmental damage were established, based on which 11 claims for compensation for environmental damage amounting to 6,928.04 rubles were filed.

The most frequent violations were identified in the sphere of waste management. Violations were also recorded in the spheres of subsoil use and protection, atmospheric air protection, water use and protection, and flora protection.
