About the competition

The Ministry of Natural Resources and Environmental Protection, together with its territorial bodies, annually holds a republican competition for reducing emissions from motor vehicles.

The procedure for conducting the competition is determined by the "Regulations on the Procedure for Conducting the Republican Competition for Reducing Emissions from Motor Vehicles," approved by the Resolution of the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environmental Protection of the Republic of Belarus dated 25.06.2025 No. 33.

Legal entities, their separate divisions (branches) with a separate balance sheet and a current (settlement) bank account, with the right granted to officials of this separate division (branch) to dispose of funds in the account, and individual entrepreneurs who own, operate, manage, lease, or otherwise legally possess 25 or more units of motor vehicles can participate in the competition.

To participate in the first stage of the competition, documents must be submitted to the Vitebsk Regional Committee for Natural Resources and Environmental Protection by March 1, 2026.
