On reporting the results of accounting in the field of atmospheric air protection

In accordance with paragraph 3 of Article 21 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of December 16, 2008 No. 2-Z "On Atmospheric Air Protection", legal entities engaged in activities related to emissions of pollutants into the atmospheric air, based on a permit for emissions of pollutants into the atmospheric air (integrated environmental permit), are obliged to submit departmental reports on the results of accounting in the field of atmospheric air protection to the regional or Minsk city committees of natural resources and environmental protection at the location of the atmospheric air impact object.

The report is provided in electronic form by sending an electronic copy of the document on paper and in MS-Excel format.

The deadline for submitting the departmental report "Report on the results of accounting in the field of atmospheric air protection" is January 25, 2026.

We separately draw attention to the change in the approach to providing data on emissions of total organic carbon and individual volatile organic compounds.

For failure to submit departmental reports, administrative responsibility is provided for by the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Republic of Belarus (Articles 16.42 and 24.11 of the Code of Administrative Offenses).
