On reporting 1-waste

By the Resolution of Belstat dated 09.10.2025 N 89, amendments have been made to the state statistical reporting form 1-waste (Ministry of Natural Resources) "Report on waste management" and the Instructions for its completion. From 22.10.2025, a single innovation is introduced: when filling out the report, it will be necessary to indicate the aggregate state of waste (code 2 - solid, code 1 - liquid). This must be done starting with the report for 2025.

The composition of respondents for the 1-waste report has not changed.

As before, these include legal entities and their separate divisions that carry out activities related to waste management, except for organizations where the total volume of waste generated per year does not exceed 50 tons.
The deadline for submitting the annual state statistical report 1-waste is January 30 (inclusive) of the year following the reporting year.

Please note!

For distortion of data in state statistical reporting, its untimely submission or non-submission to the relevant state bodies and organizations, officials and (or) other authorized persons may be fined. The amount of the fine is from 10 to 30 basic units in accordance with Part 3 of Article 24.12 of the Code of Administrative Offences.
